Description of the construction:
The heater consist of an electrical immersion heater bundle mounted in a vessel.
Immersion heater bundle :
Blindflange 3”150# RF in which 6 tubular heating elements are mounted.

High-high protection (Limiter elements):
To protect the elements against overheating (High temp. trip) a capillary thermostat with manual reset, is clamped to an element skin. In case of over-heating the capillary thermostat signal will shut-off power to the heater bundle. The heater can only be re-started after a manual reset. Thermostat, 3-pole break contacts, 110ºC direct switching .
Temperature control of the coolant :
For temperature control of a capillary thermostat with, auto reset , is placed in a protective thermowell in the heater bundle near the outlet of the heater. Thermostat, range 30/85°C, 3-pole break contacts, direct switching, set at : 60°C.
Terminal enclosure
The electrical connections are placed in a “flameproof”terminal enclosure, protected against IP66. The elements are wired in one(1) stage of 2 kW to terminals.
All necessary cable glands are included.
