JEVI A/S - a modern company with proud traditions
1942 JEVIs history goes back to 1942, where engineer Tage Christensen started a production of heating elements for repair of irons.
Through the years JEVI have broadened the product range and today we are known as a flexible and serious partner within electric heating solutions. JEVI employs approx. 90 people in Vejle.
DEVI (Dansk El Varme Industri) begins operations in
1972 The founders son establishes a production of heating elements in Vejle - this company is named JEVI (Jydsk E-Varme Industri) and in
1992 The two productions are brought together in Vejle and the production of heating elements is named DEVI Industrial Heat A/S.
1998 DEVI sells the activities within industrial heating elements to the Swedish group NIBE and the name is changed to JEVI A/S again.
2003 JEVI A/S acquired chosen assets in the Dutch industrial company Sinus Bobé, which are continued under the name

Through the many and varied tasks entrusted to JEVI we have gained an extensive know-how. Combined with continuous product development this give JEVI the capacity to handle large as well as small tasks. We maintain a programme of regular investment in both production and employees, but solid craftsmanship still remains our hallmark and the factor which ensures the high quality standard.
JEVI have maintained the basic philosophy as service supplier to the industry and it therefore well able to cover the customers changing requirements. Our know-how ensures that we are frequently involved in the planning phase.
JEVI A/S develops, manufacture and market products which match the customer’s expectations - our basis for future growth is satisfied customers. It is also our objective that all employees at JEVI A/S focus on product quality thus it becomes a natural part of the job.
Our quality department ensures that our quality management system is constantly developed and updated so that we always fulfill any customer requirements, regulatory standards as well as our own requirements. The quality management system includes all activities from quotation to delivery of the finished unit which ensures a uniform, high quality.
JEVI A/S is certified according to the standard ISO 9001:2000. We are also certified according to EN 13890:2002 and are therefore able to deliver ATEX approved products/systems for use in explosion proof environments.
